2. How does print-on-demand work?

Unlike traditional retail, we don’t keep stock. Each item is created after you place your order. This ensures eco-friendly production and personalized quality.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days (for production).
Shipping time:
USA: 3–6 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
International: 10–20 business days

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location.

5. Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or custom designs. Simply follow the customization instructions on the product page.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure online payment methods.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes are no longer possible.

8. What is your return/refund policy?

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There’s a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

9. What if I received the wrong size or defective product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Contact our support team at support@printger.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Currently, Printger is focused on individual customized orders. If you’re interested in bulk, please reach out to us at support@printger.com for a custom quote.
