🇺🇸 For customers in the United States → orders are produced locally in the USA.
🇨🇦 For customers in Canada → orders are produced locally in Canada.
🇪🇺 For customers in Europe → orders are produced in local hubs across France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and other European countries.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the country of delivery.
2. Quality Guarantee & Returns
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@printger.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Depending on the case, we will provide a free replacement or issue a refund.
No Returns for Personal Reasons
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or incorrect customization details provided by the customer.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will resend your order or issue a refund.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect, we can reship the order, but additional shipping costs will apply.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
